Is XInvoice free?
Yes. The core invoice generator is designed to be free to use without an account.
Do I need to register?
No. XInvoice does not require login or registration for creating an invoice.
Can I save the invoice as a PDF?
Yes. Click “Print / Save PDF” and select “Save as PDF” in your browser's print dialog.
Can I add my business logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP logo in the Business Logo field.
Does XInvoice calculate tax?
Yes. Enter your tax percentage and XInvoice calculates the tax based on the subtotal after discount.
Can I use different currencies?
Yes. The current version supports USD, PKR, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, CAD and AUD.
Is my invoice data stored online?
The core app does not require an online account. Draft information can be stored locally in your browser so it can survive a refresh.
